Charity took the plate. "Have you eaten?"

"He hasn't," Larissa said while smiling. "Chester came over early to learn how to make breakfast for you. You should head over quickly and eat it."

It was Charity's first time eating breakfast that Chester made.

As she tasted a pancake, Chester looked toward her nervously. "Aunty Queenie made the batter. I just cooked the pancakes and added toppings-"

"You even added toppings. How luxurious." Charity laughed. "It tastes good."

Chester's suspended heart finally returned to his chest. "What will you be doing today?"

"I haven't been to the company for several days, so I have to go over today." After Charity spoke, she saw Chester staring at her longingly. "Do you... have anything to say?"

"You can go, and I'll accompany Cal at home. But... do you want to go watch a movie tonight?" Chester said, "I remember you used to like watching young romance movies-"

"That was so long ago. I've gotten bored of the plot."

After breakfast, she went to the company.

At 5:00 p.m., Chester contacted her. "I'm downstairs. You can come down."

Charity did not want to cause any trouble either, so she wore the mask and got off the car first. Then, she circled the car to the driver's seat. Thinking it would be difficult for Chester to get off the car due to his disability, she extended her hand to help him.
