Chester gritted his teeth. "What? I have a girlfriend too."

"Mm. Unfortunately, you're incapable of sex."

Chester was speechless.

"Okay." Shaun gave a swift reply.

Late into the night, Monte had just rolled off a woman sweatily when his phone rang.

"Don't pick up the phone. It's so noisy." The female university student clung to his waist.

"Okay. I won't pick up the call." Monte was seduced by the girl, and desire quickly overcame his senses.

They were at it until midnight. In the end, Monte fell asleep as he had run out of stamina, and he could not remember how many times the phone rang.

The next morning, he was roused from his sleep by the phone's ringtone.

Monte got up in a bad mood. He started throwing a tantrum after picking up the call. "Who's being so annoying early in the morning?"

"Monte, I'm your mom." A sob came from the phone. "I called you so many times last night. Why didn't you pick up?"

"Mom, what happened?" Monte got nervous from the crying. "Did something happen at home?"

"Your dad was taken away by the police at midnight," Madam Patterson said while crying. "The police came to our house and said our hotel is involved in an international gambling and money laundering case."

Madam Patterson did not reveal everything.

However, Monte was aware that their call was most likely wiretapped.

His heart sank. Suddenly, he remembered that he had met Chester and Eliza last night. It could not be a coincidence that the trouble occurred the next day after he met them.

Then, he recalled Chester's words.

Monte cursed Chester before saying, "Mom, stay at home. I'll go over now. Don't worry. Dad is innocent. The Patterson family will never do anything illegal."

After hanging up, he put on his clothes frantically and rushed out.

"Honey, where are you going? I bought breakfast." The female university student he got himself was standing outside the door with breakfast in her hands.

Upon recalling that it was her fault that he did not manage to pick up his family's calls, Monte got furious and pushed her aside. "Get lost. You f*cking wasted my time."

The girl was pushed to the ground mercilessly.

Monte's good mood from before was gone. He buttoned his clothes in a rush, and when he exited the elevator, a car stopped in front of him. His assistant ran out of the car with a bag in hand. "Young Master Patterson, Madam Patterson says not to go back and think of a way to leave Australia as soon as possible. Here are your passport, identification card, and cash.
