Finding My Baby Daddy (Pandora and Benjamin)

"It was just some homeless ma I really don't know why they even fllowed up on it. But I was blamed, and then put in jail. JAIL! When I got out, I was a laughingstock. No one wanted to know me. No one, riot even the people I had made great. They all left me to rot. My daddy left with all the money he had and started over in other country. I had nothing. I have nothing and it's all your fault."

At that point, she stood and charged at Pandora again, but Pandora easily deflected her arms, grabbed her, and held her down as Raegan hissed and growled at Pandora.

"Oh shit!" she heard Milton say and he moved quickly to her, restraining Raegan. I told you to stay away from this place," he said.

"This is all your fault. You and that bitch took my life. I was meant to be Mrs. Parks-it was my life!" she yelled and Milton sighed.

"Handcuff her. We have to drop her off at the hospital again," he signed to the female officer as Pandora watched her place handcuffs on Raegan.

Pandora stood, almost dumbfounded as Milton called for an ambulance. When it arrived, Raegan panicked and they ended up having to drug her so that she calmed down and didn't hurt anyone.

"What the hell just happened?" she asked, looking at the upset Milton.

"Didn't I tell you that Raegan went off the deep end? She is seriously crazy," he said with a straight face.

Pandora shook her head at him and he shrugged. "Her father wasn't paying taxes. He was only paying his employees below minimum wage, and if they didn't put in the hours he asked for, he fired them. He wasn't giving them any breaks, and a multitude of other things. As you can imagine, he was charged for several infractions and lost his business."

"This caused Raegan to go on a bender. She hit and killed a pedestrian while driving her car. She stopped, but only to look over her car and then kicked the guy because-l assume-he made a dent in her car before she drove away. She spent four years in prison, and since she has been released, she is always getting picked up. But clearly, she's batshit crazy. I really can't see the difference in her from the way she was before all of this went on to how she is now."

Pandora snorted and Milton winked at her. "I best go, darling."

She waved him off, filled out the paperwork, and told the guys at the site to take the rest of the day off. She filled Aron in and headed out to meet Benjamin for a late lunch.

"Hi, love,” he whispered before kissing her cheek. "Did you get everyone sorted out at the job site?"

She shook her head and hummed, looking at him. "It was Raegan," she blurted out, causing him to frown at her.

"Who?"

"Raegan, as in your ex, Raegan."

"What- Really?"

She rolled her eyes. "Yes, really. She's nuts, really nuts, and sleeping on the street. Milton had her taken away by an ambulance, so she'll be sleeping in the hospital for now. They had to drug her; she tried to attack me for stealing her life.”

Benjamin looked at her and then at his watch. "I have ten minutes before my next appointment. Why don't you fill me in?"

She had only just started to tell him what happened when Emily came in with coffee and cakes. Pandora asked her to stay and told both of them what happened.

Pandora glanced at Benjamin wo hadn't said anything. "You can have your dad look in on her if you want." His eyes snapped to Pandora and he arched his brow. "I'm just saying, I mean, you dated her for years. At one time she was a part of your life, and fust because you don't love her anymore doesn't mean you stopped caring. Besides, you're a doctor. It's a part of your job."

"No. I wasn't considering that at all. I'm sure she will be cared for and will be okay. I was shocked because I hadn't thought about her, not once since Emily threw her out of our house all those years ago. I didn't even know she was in jail

"What? I told you!" Emily said with a huff.noveldrama

"When?" Benjamin asked her and Emily seemed to it over and ughed. "The day the girls were born. You were on edge and I said I knew how to put a smile on your face. I told you, but it was at the same time that you were paged because Pandora had gone into labor."

"I wasn't listening to you that day," Benjamin told her as he shook his head.

"You're lucky I have to look over our next patient, or I would so kick your ass!"

Pandora chuckled as Benjamin groaned. They spent some time kissing and then she let him get back to work.

"See you tonight, love," he whispered in her ear and she kissed his neck and stepped back, giving him a nod. She waited in the hallway, hoping to talk to Emily before she left.

"Hey, did you forget something?" she asked and Pandora shook her head at her and pulled her to the side.

"I think I'm pregnant," she whispered and Emily just stared at her. "Two weeks ago when the kids were away had Jack Daniels and forgot to get my injection on the following Monday, and now I am a week late."

Emily nodded at her and took her into a side room. "You haven't told Benjamin?” "I will but, I kind of want to surprise him."

Emily smiled at her, knowing that Benjamin and she had found out about the boys and didn't know they were married. When the girls came along, they took the test together so Pandora never had the chance to tell him he was going to be a dad.

"I'll perform the blood work and urine test just to be on the safe side" she told Pandora.

Pandora nodded at her and she got to work. She was grateful that there was a small toilet in the room she was using. Once she was finished, she sat and waited, knowing she would have the results in half an hour.
