The Rebirth of the Betrayed Alpha

Alexandra looked at Nathaniel startled for a moment. She could tell he was in pains but Nathaniel wouldn't let Adam hurt her. He would die protecting her. That was truly her mate and in so many ways, he has shown that he was for her. He was her everything and she was never going to doubt what he was anymore.

"You" Adam who had the same look on his face said and Nathaniel quickly grabs his neck.

Adam coughed as Nathaniel chocked him but he was weak. He made sure of that and no matter what he does, he wasn't going to do anything. He cannot save himself much Alexandra, he made sure of that and now it was time to finally put an end to this madness.

That way, Alexandra would watch her precious Nathaniel bleed to death.

"You think you can beat me" Adam admits grinning wickedly. He was winning and he wasn't going to stop himself from rubbing it on Alexandra's face.

Adam hits Nathaniel's hand and he loosens his grip staggering backward. Adam throw a heavy punch on his stomach and he falls to the ground whimpering.

"Nathaniel" Alexandra quickly rushes over to his side.

Tears crowd her eyes seeing when her hands touched his blood. His smooth face was now covered in bruises and blood.

"Nathaniel... Nathaniel" Tears brimmed down Alexandra's face.

Watching her crying over Nathaniel, Adam grabs her and shoves her to the ground. He was sick and tired of seeing her crying over him like he was some god. She should cry over him and not Nathaniel.

"You're pathetic" Adam said.

Alexandra scoffed. He had no right to say that to him especially after he was the one who did this to Nathaniel.noveldrama

"What's that?"

"You are pathetic" he said again like she didn't hear him the first time.

"I heard you" Alexandra retorts. "You have no right to say that to me you bastard"

"Me? A bastard"

"You are worse that a bastard. You a bull, a beast, you are a scum of the earth"

Adam glared at her. He was furious and wanted to hurt her but if he tries to hurt her. Nathaniel would protect her again. He will always protect her and so he couldn't let that happen again.

"You got some nerve Alexandra"

"I was born with it"

"No you think you are bold because he will protect you"

"Nathaniel has nothing to do with this"

Adam chuckled. "Now that's where you are mistaken. He has everything to do with this"

"He has absolutely nothing to do with this so you better leave him alone" Alexandra said. She could sense what Adam was trying to do and she wasn't going to let him. Not after Nathaniel protected him. Now is her turn to protect him and she was going to go the extra mile to keep him safe.

"He is your mate, that makes him accountable"

"He may be my mate but he wasn't there when you tried to strike a deal with me" "True but he is as guilty as you are"

"You have no right to call any of us guilty. He took nothing from you so he isn't the guilty one but you"

"He killed my men. Guards of the Guerrero clan. He slayed them" "They brought it upon themselves so you only have yourself to blame"

"What?" Adam arched his brow, furious at her for even saying such.

"You shouldn't have kept me against my will then perhaps those poor guards will still be alive but you choose to play a game. Too bad you lost"

"You think I lost" Adam scoffed.

"This isn't me thinking. This is me stating that you lost because of your stupidity"

"Alexandra..."

"You gave me to Olivia and he saved me. Your guards tried to attack him so he had them killed. They were stupid to try and fight an Alpha"

"You think he is an Alpha"

"He is more than an Alpha than you will ever be"

"Do you realise that you are insulting me Alexandra?"

Alexandra wasn't going to back down. If she was going to die, she will make sure he lives miserable. That way he will be haunted by memories of her that will never exist. It will drive him crazy and make him loose his place in the pack just as he made her lose her place in Guerrero pack.

"You are not the Alpha. You are not my Alpha and you are certainly not my mate so why shouldn't you I insult you?"

For a moment his head was clouded and he wasn't sure why. It wasn't his first time hearing her spill it out clearly that he wasn't his mate but this was different. She didn't just spill it out. Alexandra spelled it out clearly, her hate running through the words each time he thought about it.

Adam shook his head and cleared his thought. He wasn't going to let mere words get to him. Becoming the Alpha was all that mattered and he was going to get it.

"And so?" he said, not having what else to say.

"So you shouldn't tell me what to do and beside, give me a break Adam. Is not like you care so much about those poorly departed guards"

Adam grinned. The kind of grin of someone who knows him a lot better. He could say, she knows him more than Olivia knows him.

"We both know you don't give two shit about them. All you care about is been the Alpha. Leading the pack, staying in the Mansion. Having a beta. That's all you care about so stop acting like some Mr. goody two shoes and give me a break" Adam licks his dried lips. "Had to admit Alexandra but you know me so well" "You are contagious so it hard not to read you. Even a fool can. Just surprised your pathetic guards haven't. That's why they blindly followed you here, where they would meet their demise"

"What do you mean?" Adam asked the obvious. Her voice angering her on multiple levels.
