The Rebirth of the Betrayed Alpha

"How did you know?" Olivia asks, still in shock

Running her hand through her hair, Alexandra moves towards the withered flower on top of her table.

"You were rumored to be with him, isn't it obvious?"

"Ha! You... you planned this, didn't you?"

Alexandra smiles. "No, but the universe and the moonlight seem to be on my side"

"On your side? What side am I then?" Olivia chuckles trying to hide her pain "Losing side"

"Losing side?" Olivia asks

"You've lost your opportunity to be his Luna from the look of things"

"How did you know?"

Picking up the flower, Alexandra inhales the scent. "Isn't it obvious, why don't we make a bet?"

"A bet with you"

"Yes. Olivia and Adam fought"

"How... how did you know?"

"Your facial expressions tells it all but here's another one"noveldrama

"Which other one?"

"Adam will become the Alpha"

Olivia blinks her eyes, trying to form the right words.

"Adam will need a Luna"

"Shut your mouth"

"Can't happen, you don't quit in the middle of a game" she smiles.

"I hate you and your games"

"I love you, I love you so much that my heart skips whenever I see you" Alexandra states mockingly

"You are mean"

"I have been told Olivia so let's continue. Adam will need a Luna"

Olivia glares at her, aware of where her words were leading to. "Shut your mouth!"

"Who will be his mate?" Alexandra states aloud "Who will he choose? Who among your friends?"

"Shut your mouth, Alexandra"

"Who? I'm curious to know which of your friends will stab you in the back and take him away from you right under your nose"

"I said shut your mouth because he will never pick them"

Alexandra smiles sinisterly, loving how Olivia was playing right into her hands. "Right he will never since they are your friends and not his taste so who will he pick? Who?"

"Shut your mouth, Alexandra!" Olivia yells but Alexandra wasn't going to give up that easily, she has lived her life seeking one thing: frustrating Olivia and getting her revenge.

Walking closer to Olivia. "Who will he pick Olivia? Who? Who? Who is in your head?"

"Close your mouth I said" Olivia runs her hand through her hair, frustrated.

Holding her, Alexandra whispers in her ear. "Who?"

"You" Olivia whispers and Alexandra smiles, losing her grip.

"That's right, me"

Olivia gasps bewildered.

"What will happen when he picks me as his Luna? No. What will happen when I become Luna?"

"You..." Olivia trembles unsure what to say

"Insane right?"

"You are crazy"

"Call it whatever you want but when the time comes, we would find out who among us is crazy and who gets to stay next to your Adam. Who gets to be Luna?"

"I will never let that happen?"

Alexandra scoffs. "What will you do?"

"I'm going to expose you"

"What do I do?"

"You did all of this, maybe this has been your plan all along"

Alexandra tsk, shaking her head disapprovingly. "You poor thing" she runs her

index finger on Alexandra's face. "Who's going to believe you?"

"What do you mean?"

"Is your world against mine so who will believe you"

"Alexandra"

"Who will the pack members side with? Should we bet on that as well? You who is known for indulging in unethical behavior with Adam or me, the sweet, innocent, delicate Alexandra Guerrero whose sister was in love with her mate" she laughs sinisterly

"You are crazy"

"Now that sounds like fun and the story everyone going to believe"

"That's a lie, our pack members know me"

"For what? Having an affair with an Alpha candidate or yearning for your sister mate"

"You caused this"

"I didn't. You just happened to dig your own grave and I'm merely sealing your grave"

"What if I break out?"

"What makes you think you can? I'm Alexandra Guerrero, if I want you gone, you would be gone in a twinkle of an eye so what I'm saying is, if I seal your grave, you can never get out because I will kill you before then" she widens her smile and Olivia catches of the hate in her eyes, the terrifying look sends shivers down her spine causing her to realize that Alexandra wasn't playing games, at least not with her.

"Who are you?"

"Anything you want me to be. Perhaps I'm your worst nightmare, living next to you, how long do you think you can sleep with your two eyes closed, Olivia Guerrero"

As those words echo in her ear, Olivia falls to the ground.

"I... don't you dare mess with me when I'm sleeping"

"What will you do?"

"I... I am... I am not an easy target"

"Maybe but you are the one I want"

"Don't mess with me Alexandra, you have no idea what I am capable of"

"What are you capable of," Alexandra asks, daring her to speak

"I can do things to you"

"Things like what?"

"I'm warning you, don't mess with me, you don't know who I am or what I have

done"

"What have you done?" She asks calmly

Seeing the calm look on her face, Olivia trembled; she had not expected her to be

so calm.

"I'm warning you"

"What have you done?"

"You..."

"Coward" Alexandra whispers quickly

"What?"

"That's what you are, a coward"

"I'm not a coward"

"That's right you are worse"

"Worse"

Alexandra nods affirmatively. "Dogs who only know how to bark but don't bite"

"Did you just call me a dog?"

"Right" she snaps her finger, realizing she was a little soft. "You are a pig, you only grunt yet you can swallow anything"

"I am not a pig!" Olivia yells, tears well up in her eyes and Alexandra watches her.

She had not expected this outburst but knowing who Olivia is, she had a feeling it was not yet over. As tears drop down Olivia's cheeks, she quickly wipes them off, gazing at Alexandra, bursts into laughter causing her to observe her, dumbfounded
