The Last Time I Loved Him (Autumn and Ryan)

Chapter 75

"I told you she must feel inferior because of the assault, even Kaylee can provoke her, and she doesn't dare to get angry at me."

"Easton is truly formidable, handling his wife so well."

As they laughed out loud, I slowly pushed the door open.

Easton's mocking smile froze on his face, and he stood frozen in place.

I walked right up to Easton and Kaylee. In the surprised and confused gazes of everyone, I did something shocking.

Then, a loud scream tore through the air.

"Ah!"

I snatched the wine bottle from Kaylee's hand and quickly poured it over her head.noveldrama

The red wine poured down her hair, staining her fair skin a deep red and black, making her look utterly disheveled. "Amina, what are you doing?"

Easton didn't even think, immediately protecting Kaylee by standing in front of her.

I gave him a "shush" gesture and pointed to my earphones.

"I'm on a call."

After hanging up the phone, I coldly looked at Kaylee.

"This wine is mine. You're not worthy of drinking it."

With that, I grabbed my things and turned to leave.

"Amina, you're not leaving. You spilled wine on me, and this matter is just going to end like this?"

Kaylee grabbed my arm, her face smeared with red wine, looking utterly repulsive.

I cast a cold glance at the hand gripping me.

"What do you want, then? Don't forget how you treated me back then."

Kaylee was startled by the coldness in my eyes, and she froze.

She was about to say something when Easton pulled her back.

Easton stepped forward and wrapped his arm around my waist.

"Amina, I know what happened back then hurt you a lot, but it's all in the past now. Let's not talk about it anymore, okay? You still have work, right? Go on, don't delay the contract your boss wants." As he spoke, Easton tried to push me toward the door again.

I didn't stay any longer. I walked out without looking back.

Sitting in the taxi, I watched the surveillance video on my phone, feeling a chill inside.

When I left earlier, I had placed the new surveillance system the client gave me in the flower vase by the staircase.

"Easton, are you sure Amina didn't hear what we said? I feel like her gaze was terrifying."

As soon as I left, Easton's friends nervously patted their chests and asked.

"It's impossible. If she heard, she wouldn't just pour the wine on Kaylee's head. It would be much worse," Easton reassured them confidently.

"Easton, are you really just going to watch her spill wine all over me?"

Kaylee stomped her foot, her chest jiggling with the motion. Her tone was both aggrieved and a little coquettish.

The others saw this and quickly began to leave.

Once they were gone, Kaylee immediately started undressing.
