Richest Mogul

Chapter 1694

Zera pretended to tremble in fear, her voice shaking slightly. "I... I drove myself. I'l drive back on my own. I won't take this car anymore."

The underlying meaning was clear-she had been in this car before.

Aiken frequently used this car to pick her up, and to many, it had become a symbol of Aiken over the past few years. He loved driving this car, and Zera was curious to see how Simona would react.

Even as Aiken's biological sister, there had to be limits to her behavior, right?

If she kept pushing, surely even Aiken would lose his patience. And when things got ugly, it might even damage their sibling relationship.

But then again, if that relationship really did fall apart, it might actually work in Zera's favor. It would eliminate an obstacle between her and Aiken.

Simona immediately grasped the implication. She smirked coldly and looked at her brother. "Aiken, I'm taking this car back!"

Then, turning to the driver, she said, "Wilbur, drive one of Aiken's other cars."

Wilbur froze for a moment, glanced at Aiken for confirmation, then silently stepped out of the car.

Zera hesitated, looking back at Aiken with wide, innocent eyes, as if she had done something wrong. "Aiken, I..."

But before Aiken could respond, Simona climbed into the car and began stomping on the seats.

The piercing sound of the car alarm blared through the air. No matter how expensive a car was, it couldn't withstand that kind of abuse.

However, Simona didn't stop there. She pulled out a sharp knife, one she usually carried for self-defense, and began slashing at the car's interior.

Aiken's face darkened as he watched his sister vent her frustrations.

Zera stood frozen, utterly dumbfounded. She had never imagined that Simona would go this far. She thought her tantrum would stop at barring Aiken from driving the car-not outright destroying it.

This car... There weren't many like it in the whole city of Jipsburg.

After venting her anger, Simona jumped out of the car, her face devoid of emotion. Then, she turned to look at Aiken.

The siblings stood in silence, staring at each other, as if engaged in some unspoken battle of wills.

Zera, feeling awkward, didn't want to leave but didn't know how to stay either Neither of them was paying her any attention, leaving herin an awkward limbo.

Wilbur, standing off to the side, was visibly sweating.

These two siblings! Their tempers were both explosive-one worse than the other!

Who would dare wreck a car like that if it weren't for their family's immense wealth?

"I'm staying home tonight. You take her and leave," Simona finally said before pushing open the front door and walking inside, treating Aiken like a stranger.

Zera's eyes widened in disbelief. Simona was telling Aiken to take her away? Wasn't this essentially handing Aiken over to her?

Did Simona have a screw loose? After throwing such a fit, she was now giving up so easily?

Zera suddenly felt that if she ended up with Aiken, Simona wouldn't be a real obstacle. Sooner or later, she could sow discord and completely destroy their bond. fo

When that day came, she wouldn't have to deal with Simona anymore.

"Aiken, I'm sorry. It's my fault for causing tension between you and your sister. I didn't expect her to

react so strongly or dislike me so much," Zera said, her eyes reddening

as tears began to fall pitifully.

Wilbur couldn't help but roll his eyes internally. This woman really didn't get it, did

she? Didn't she see what just happened?

"Wilbur, take her away," Aiken said in a low voice.

"Yes, sir," Wilbur responded immediately.

Zera was stunned. After all of Simona's chaos-tantamount to a sudden outburst

from a mental patient-Aiken still had the patience to deal with her?noveldrama
